How we are keeping you safe

• Our Hearing Aid Audiologists will consult with you at 2m distance where ever possible and may see you for some or all of your appointment in a space outside of the consulting room
• Hygiene stations at every store
• Correct PPE equipment worn by all our of staff
• Consulting rooms are only available through invitation
• We are only offering one-to-one appointments
• Our Audiologists will guide you on safety procedures along the way

How you can help us and other customers keep safe

• Don’t attend if you have COVID symptoms, are awaiting a test result or have been in close contact with someone else who has tested positive within the last 10 days
• If possible attend alone and arrive just in time for your appointment
• Wait to be invited into the consulting room and use the hand sanitiser offered
• Please kindly accept and wear our medical grade facemasks when offered by our colleagues. If your medical exemption means that you cannot wear one of these masks for the duration of your appointment we ask that you wear a personal visor for your appointment. Without adequate protection our Audiologists may need to adapt the usual appointment content
