You can still book in-store appointment online and our Customer Care Team are on hand to answer any concerns you may have about your hearing or your hearing aids.

Please call us on 01 5060164*, our teams are ready to take your calls and help with your queries, where possible they will book you an appointment or help you with solutions that can be delivered remotely.

If you are scheduled to be seen in store please note to keep you and our colleagues safe  

  • Our Hearing Aid Audiologists will consult with you at 2m distance where ever possible and may see you for some or all of your appointment in a space outside of the consulting room
  • Please do not enter a Consulting room without invitation
  • Where ever possible please attend the appointment alone
  • If invited into a consulting room our Hearing Aid Audiologists will guide you on safety procedures, we ask that you respect their requests
