Graduate assessment days 2019

At Boots Hearingcare, we are proud of our Graduate programme and every year some of the best and brightest in Audiology choose to start their careers with us.  We take the time and effort to challenge, nurture and develop our people and our unique nationwide coverage and business model means we can offer some of the best career progression and development in the industry. 

We’re holding our next graduate assessment days for those graduating with a BSc or FdSc in Audiology in 2019 in locations around the country throughout February. The assessment day will give you the chance to find out more about a career at Boots Hearingcare and for us to find out a little more about you. 

Those invited will:

• Get to hear from our recent graduates about what it's like working for us.
• Learn about the key differences between the public and private sector so you can make your own choice about what’s right for you.
• See some of the latest technology we work with.
• Learn about our pay and benefits and the long term career opportunities we offer.
• Meet members of our Retail Leadership Team

Assessment Centre Dates

The session will take half a day and will start with us sharing a short presentation about Boots Hearingcare so you can learn more about the Company.  You’ll then take part in an assessment which will comprise of a number of exercises to measure your suitability for a role with us.  If you are selected, you don’t have to accept our job offer and we welcome all those to attend even if you are undecided about your future.

We understand your first position as a qualified Audiologist is an important step, which is why we offer students the opportunity to spend a few hours in one of our stores before coming to an assessment day.  If you are interested in doing this just let us know and we will arrange a visit in a store near you.
